When I was in Pencaitland the other week I found a copy of 'Moonbird' by Mike Higgs, which I had almost forgotten existed. It is my favourite series of children's picture books (my favourite single picture book being 'The Quangle Wangle's Hat' by Edward Lear).
If you are able to read, you should read Moonbird. If you are not able to read, then this book is probably aimed at you and you should get someone to read it to you.
