Blah! Sorry about the long absences, turns out I'm not as good at updating this thing as I thought I was. I had it for a while, but it's slipping away again...
Ummumumum lately I have been mostly...
- Gradually realising that I have a job. The People at Barony Castle were very quiet about it, but I'm fairly sure they've hired me. They said they were paying me anyway, which is the important bit.
- Realising also that in having a job, I've just come to the end of the longest holiday I've ever had (it started on january the 5th, though it wasn't meant to go on this long).
- Wine tasting. Myself, Andrew, Lesley, another Lesley, Joe and an American called Dick who I'm sure I've met before, though he didn't seem to remember me (except by whose son I am) went to Julian's house and were given a test on his home-made wines. I think the plum & ginger was the overall winner.
I'm a little bit jittery this evening. I've eaten too much gooseberry fool I think...
