This is getting beyond a joke...I think I'll have to skip tomorrow and start posting again on Friday.

Anyhoo, my new objective for June (aprt from hopefully passing my exams) is to fit the word 'pleonasm' (the use of more words than is necessary to explain an idea, e.g. "I saw it with my own eyes") into at least one of my exam answers. Im doing English Literature, so it shouldn't be too hard.

Roll on June 12th!

Actually, don't. Unless it's a very slow roll that allows me to prepare properly before it arrives...

Two posts in one day? This is madness!

I've been trying on suits today. There are two in my wardrobe which until recently were ridiculously big on me, but now they fit really well! Hoorah for growth!

I've decided which harmonicas I want for my birthday. Lookie-here...

I don't know how everyone else feels about it, but cornflakes really do help you wake up in the morning.

I'm feeling much better today, incidentally.

Sadie was found hiding behind the living room curtain this morning, apprently hoping I wouldn't find the box of extremely special chocolates she had eaten half of.

I do hope she hasn't poisoned herself; she seems fine presently, I'm hoping it will stay that way...

Ugh. Tired and miserable am I. I'm about ready to have people living in my house again I think.

Got home last night to discover Sadie (the dog) all wound up about something and barking and squeaking and rushing about. I let her outside and she started barking even louder, and when I put her in her crate (she sleeps there- it's much less cruel than it sounds) she still wouldn't calm down. In the end, me and Laura took her into the sitting room, switched the fire on (I've never noticed what a weird phrase that is before) and tried to get her to settle down. We let her out again, and she went off on another mad barking spree. After a search in the dark, we eventually found what she was so wound up about-

A hedgehog had invaded out garden and was curled up in a terrified little ball next to the fence, being barked and scratched at by Sadie. We assume she must have sniffed it and pricked her nose, which was why she was so angry (and understandably so).

I have to admit I was disappointed it wasn't something a little more exciting...

here are some pictures of hedgehogs, just to give you an idea.

I have a small hang-nail infection on my right middle finger.

Here is a picture of a penguin wearing a sweater.

Having actually managed to forget to post on here for almost a whle month, I have finally been reminded by Laura that this blog exists, and that I should do something about it.

I have fininshed school! It's not nearly as exciting as it sounds, considering I've still got rehearsals for the school play, plus those things...What are they called...?

...Exams! That's the one. Still, only four of the buggers to do and then it's all over.

This month I have been mostly:

Walking
Writing
Moaning about the weather
Drooling over the harmonicas I want for my birthday (no hint at all- I believe the deal has already been done)
Not spending money- I'm better at it than I thought
Eating penguins- it's amazing how many you can eat if there are planty to be eaten

There was something else I was going to say, but I've forgotten it. Ah well...

More news as it comes.
